Hey, the only way to preserve the Sacred Dust is to raze most of the buildings and infrastructure wherever the prevailing winds after 9/11/01 might have carried the Sacred Dust.
Brooklyn, southern Manhattan, Staten Island, New Jersey. Maybe even part of Upstate NY and CT.
