Oh my
This is just a few blocks from my house, and I know just the spot they’re talking about. And no, these aren’t innocent little angels we’re talking about.

Of course, if it wasn’t coming from a company that has already lied, exaggerated or miscontrued so much important information, we could listen to their suggestion of a broken thermometer with a straight face: Concern is growing that the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Japan is no longer stable after temperature readings suggested one of its damaged reactors was reheating. The plant’s operator, Tokyo Electric Power (Tepco), said the temperature inside No 2 reactor – one of three that [...]

I know so many people who need medical care right this minute and aren’t getting it that I literally can’t keep track anymore. Let’s put it this way: By the time a TV network is holding a sweepstakes where the grand prize is a trip to New York for … a colonoscopy, you know paying for tests and treatment is on everyone’s minds. the old Philly Coke plant?
1:40 pm
I’m not sure which side of Orthodox they’re talking about. It’s pretty desolate on both sides.
2:13 pm
from the link: “a large, vacant area behind Garden Street near Orthodox that extends about a mile back to the Delaware River.”
It’s gotta be the coke plant, right next to the bridesburg rec center. “Garden Street” abuts right onto the old coke plant grounds. If you use the satellite images from google maps, you can see that on the south side of Orthodox there’s still some industry, but the area that Garden borders is the old coke plant.
I’d love to go back there sometime just to explore. Don’t wanna run into any teenaged hooligans though.

I think they’re only there at night.
