My night at the theater

I went to see an outdoor production of “Richard III” last night, which was fun. The actor playing the title role was completely over the top, mugging and smirking at the audience — always a risk with whoever’s playing Richard. (I kept thinking of Richard Dreyfuss in “The Goodbye Girl”.)

But it was a fine summer’s night, the bugs weren’t too bad and unlike Broadway theaters, no leg cramps. I actually got to stretch out my legs on the blanket.

And I also ran into someone I know who’s running for county council, so I’m going to show her how to set up her social media operation.
