I dunno, I kinda like the idea of Christie going to DC as VP. For one thing, it gets him out of NJ. And then there’s the whole VP gig. Traditionally, the VP doesn’t have much to do except wait for the president to die unexpectedly and break ties in the Senate. So, we could be sending Christie to the 8th level of hell obscurity. Or he could be the guy who says what Romney’s really thinking, in which case there will be years of entertaining snark from Stewart and Colbert.
If I were Romney, I’d go with throttle up.
