Last night on Rittenhouse Square (where all the rich people live and dine), there was a bizarre incident. A guy who was hit four times by cars kept popping up in the street and screaming at people, telling them not to go down there, “it’s not safe” like a horror movie. The guy was either mentally ill or using bath salts.
