Richard III

Don’t know if you’ve been following this, but the body dug up under a parking lot in Leicester, England is indeed the remains of Richard III, confirmed by a DNA match with a descendant.

    If we could only get the powers that be to bury Bush II under a parking lot when he passes from the material plane.

    This is a one in a million discovery. Having the parking lot on top of the grave site actually protected the burial. When the church containing the grave was torn down in the 1530′s, they turned the area into a garden, something Brits are really fond of. The urban area developed around it and with the supremacy of the automobile, they thought what better use for open space. Fate or city fathers practicing preservation through the centuries?
