I just don’t get the point. These graduates are the ones who can’t get decent jobs. What does this accomplish, other than prove to potential students your college diploma isn’t worth what you paid for it?

Per usual, guess how many Democrats it takes to deny these students or their parents bankruptcy discharge?
I wanted to say something snarky but I couldn’t form anything. I once defaulted on a NYS-backed loan because, even though I was working, that year I was repeatedly ill with strep throat and lost 8 weeks of salary. A lot of bills didn’t get paid that year.
It’s ridiculous to sue these former students because they don’t have the blood, um=er, money/assets/whatever to pay anything. And they know they have an obligation to pay, and they took the loans intending to pay but when you don’t have a job or a large enough salary, there is no way to pay.
I can see why some choose to have Sugar Daddies.
