Walmart sues union

I wonder when it will occur to these 1%ers that if they keep it up, they will never again be able to go out in public without a backlash:

(Reuters) – Wal-Mart Stores Inc (WMT.N) has sued a major grocery workers union and others who have protested at its Florida stores, the latest salvo in its legal fight to stop “disruptive” rallies in and around its stores by groups seeking better pay and working conditions.

Wal-Mart does not have union-represented workers in its U.S. stores. Nevertheless, it has long faced opposition from various labor groups including the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW), and from a small but vocal group of current and former employees backed by the union and known as OUR Walmart.

The 1% owns the means of production, the food supply, the health care delivery system, the water supply, and the very air we breath. When they want to the 1% pressures our politicians to raise an army and invade other countries at will. Or call out the national guard to protect their ‘property’ from the rebellious 99%. Seems pretty bleak doesn’t it? It is not. Gandhi took down an empire without firing a shot.

What would Walmart look like out in public?
Just so I know who to kill and eat, mind you.

I hate to say it, but Walmart is set up to win these suits. The judiciary is a corporate infestation now. The secondary boycott restraints always should have violated the First Amendment. And in case you hadn’t noticed Walmart’s site plans abhor public sidewalks. We ain’t going to defeat these bastards in court.
