Notice how hard Alex Witt pushes Grayson. No, it’s not because she’s a good journalist; it’s because they’ve all fallen into line to bang the war drum. In fact, the TV media is pretty unanimous in wanting another war — it’s good for ratings.
Two questions: 1. Who actually controls the media? Why are all of the people who control the Foreign Relations, Intelligence, and Armed Services Committees in the House and Senate warmongers? The answer to the second question is easy. The military industrial complex has bought and paid for each them. There’s a profit to made in war don’tchaknow? The answer to the first question is more problematic. But the groups controlling the media always end up on the side of Israel, the 1%, and profits (the corporations).
