  1. Gabriel’s autism is less likely the cause of rejection than Dad’s high school teaching license’s potential for oversight.

  2. What is the student to teacher ratio in a virtual school? Is there a state requirement concerning that ratio? What percentage of virtual school teachers are members of an education union? Does the state require that the founder and president of a virtual school have a backround in education? Or be certified to teach? Since the state funds the virtual school is there any upper limit on how much profit can be made by this corporate entity?
