Chris Christie has about as much chance of being the Republican presidential nominee in 2016 as………well……as any of us on this blog do. He knows that. By playing these games he is endearing himself to the 1% who will lay a giant paycheck on his bulbous stomach as soon as the good people of New Jersey smarten up and cut him off at the knees. The 1% wants Hillary to be the next president. So the Republicans will nominate a crazy T-bagger like Cruz or Rubio who will be defeated in a landslide. Hillary will come into office with a “mandate.” She will hoodwink enough fools into going along with passing a Grand Bargin, a TransPacific and TransAtlantic Trade agreement, and any other anti-labor, anti-New Deal legislation that she can get away with. “Say it ain’t so, Joe.”
