Given this map, it’s difficult to make generalizations. Ms, Al, and La fail. But then they fail at everything. Nv is a “D.” So what’s Harry been doing? Not much because the Mormon’s in Ut are doing a pretty good job. Me and Vt aren’t exactly bastions of liberalism but they get an “A.” As does Palin’s Ak. One can’t say that the least populated, most Republican states are doing a lousy job because they mostly all got a “B.” It’s confounding.
