  1. The following may or may not be the biggest political blooper of both 2013 and 2014? Bush’s federal judge said that what the NSA was doing—–collecting and storing metadata—– was “unconstitutional.” Clinton’s federal judge said that what the NSA was doing was “lawful.” Oddly enough both of these federal judges are correct. As it turns out the “unconstitutional” Patriot Act clearly states that what the NSA is doing is “lawful.” Now ain’t that some shit?
