  1. It has always been only a very small group of people, maybe 10%, who have been on the front lines in any of these battles. During the American Revolution 10% of the population supported the Patriots (terrorists). 40% supported King George and the royalists. A full 50% didn’t give a damn which side won. And so it is today. Picture a small group of folks out front, dragging behind them a gigantic rope at the end of which is a huge lasso encircling the rest of humanity. That small group has dragged the larger group along throughout history. It’s just the way we’re made. To never give up and never give in. It’s a curse truth be told. And a blessing.
