Podesta’s record on the environment is better then that of most Republicans, but that’s damning him with faint praise. The Washington Post is in the tank for Hillary so their reporting is more then suspect. As for Hillary, the only people who would benefit from her presidency would be Big Oil. She still supports building the Keystone XL pipeline. She’s mushy on environmental issues in general and nobody really knows how she actually stands on climate change because she never talks about it. Why just today the top 1%er in the US, Warren Buffett, donated $25,000 dollars to the Hillary campaign. Buffett owns lots of oil and gas stocks and wouldn’t support anyone who he felt would drive the value of his portfolio down by heavily regulating fracking or coal and oil emissions. Somebody like Bernie Sanders for example.
