New Jersey sucks

NJ Governor Chris Christie Can Shut Down A Bridge And Not Get Arrested

Thanks to Chris Christie’s remarkable leadership! Say, here’s a thought: Maybe he should run for president:

New Jersey is the eighth-worst run state in the country, according to a report on WallStreet247.com.

Although the Garden State has a relatively low poverty rate and the third-highest median income in the nation, it was offset by several negative factors, the study said. Among the items that worked against New Jersey: a downward trending credit rating as well as the 10th-highest unemployment rate and a high debt per capita.

The study said New Jersey’s cost of living is the third highest in the United States — 14 percent higher than the typical state. Its reported debt per capita of $7857 in 2012 was the fifth highest in the nation.

The rankings were compiled in three major categories: financial position, economic outcomes, and social outcomes.

The three worst-run states in country according to WallStreet247.com are Illinois, New Mexico and Mississippi. The three best-run are North Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska.

New Jersey’s neighbors all fared better — Delaware was ranked 13th best; New York 33rd and Pennsylvania 26th.

  1. Texas sucks worse. Take the case of Adam Everett Livix, a Texas Christian who was indicted today in Israel for plotting to blow up Muslim holy sites. Here’s where it gets freaky. Livix was living in Israel with an Israeli soldier who supplied him with the explosives he was going to use to blow shit up with. The Israeli soldier stole the explosives from his own military base. Livix claimed to be an ex-Navy Seal. US authorities said that he was actually a wanted drug dealer on the lamb. Livix also said that he turned down his first “assignment” which was to assassinated Obama while the president was traveling in the region. Livix said that “assignment” came from a “high ranking” Palestinian with connections to the CIA. Somebody is lying here and it’s probably NOT Livix. His story sounds very, very plausible.

  2. I see your appreciation of my work. It is intended as a statement of how the rules of law and public actions are not applied equally. The protestors against the grand jury ruling are trying to disrupt “business as usual”. In the case of governor Chris Christie, he disrupted traffic with business as usual politics in the state of New Jersey.

  3. South Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska??? I guess if you have a state with 10 people in it – it’s easy to run.

Christie doesn’t have a ghost of a chance at the White House – voters know a playa when they see one.
