  1. Proving ‘intent’ is a very difficult thing to do.
    Which is why the RICO law was passed.
    Why the government hasn’t used the RICO statutes on the banksters is a a good question?
    Why the big banks haven’t been broken up using the blueprint contained within the Dodd-Frank law is another good question.
    One of these days when we elect a president and some politicians that haven’t taken millions of dollars in corporate campaign donations those questions might be answered.
