Not me, but I wanna know how it goes.
I’m gonna try the 5-2 diet krugman mentioned the other day. I only have 10 lbs to lose, but I’ve been carrying them around for most of the last 20 years. The one year I shed them by eating more veggies and less food overall I would always grey out if I over exerted myself (I wouldn’t be able to see for a couple seconds, like all the blood left my head). Probably a low blood sugar thing. As soon as I put the weight back on, that disappeared. Maybe the intermittent quasi fasting works better for the metabolism. At least that’s my hope
