  1. Once in a blue moon comes the case that a prosecutor just has to submit to a jury, just cuz. The moon is blue in Stockton.

  2. Stockton is a pretty big city with over 300,000 residents, about the size of St. Louis or Pittsburgh..
    It’s not affluent, so why does it have a republican mayor?
