  1. When you are dealing with cocktail napkin “experts” you always need to be in command of the facts so they can’t drown you in BS. The 2017 school rankings of Education Week rate Tennessee 37th, just behind West Virginia and ahead of South Carolina. Now there is a public school system to emulate!
