That always seems to be their story:”We didn’t know anything about this until it broke in the media.” And they expect us to keep believing them, no matter how many of their previous statements have been proven to be lies.
‘ “I’m sure they had conversations during the course of a campaign about meetings that were relevant to some kind of determination. But this one was not,” [Sekulow] added.’
I can’t make any sense of this — what does “determination” mean in this sentence? Is it legal jargon? Deliberate obfuscation?
