Three Republican votes stopped ACA repeal

McCain: the administration of the tramp "plays into the hands of" Putin

McCain. Murkowski. Collins.

Three Republicans kept us from plunging into the medical abyss.

The rest of them voted for a bill they despised.

Enjoy yourself by watching an emotional Mitch McConnell cast about for people to blame:

  1. Winners and losers.

    Trump is the BIG loser.

Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, the Republicans and the fascist alt-right, are all losers.

There are no winners because Trump is still the president.

The time has arrived to force Trump from office.

  2. “…and we’ll see what the American people think about their ideas.”
According to the latest Kaiser tracking poll, the ACA enjoys a 51% favorability rating.

And yes, as the Rude Pundit observed this morning:
” Mitch McConnell’s very real anguish was delicious.”

And why does he think he needs to wait to see his opponents ideas, it’s not like we’ve been keeping them a secret like he did with the contents of his awful bill.

  3. Every morning many rich and poor alike head out to their morning commute without wondering whether they can afford to use those streets and highways, because socialism is a good thing. Our taxes paid for those roads and we all use them as needed. because we [mostly] avoided privatization. Why is health care so different? Our taxes built those hospitals – why are they reserved for the wealthy?

How can Uncle Mitch snivel so much about how hard he works for the American people, when he keeps proposing benefits for the rich balanced on the backs of the working poor? And he seems honestly befuddled that there was any opposition to his draconian schemes. He has such a SAD – and it just tickles me.

#Failing Donald Trump is even worse. He rolled into DC to drain the swamp, and then decided that HE would be better served by topping it up with raw sewage and adding poisonous snakes. And again, genuinely befuddled that he isn’t universally adored. He had to apply for [70] H1-B visas to bring in slave labor, because nobody wants to work at Mar-a-Lago. What a loser.
