Sheriff Grady Judd, of the Knucklehead clan, has been under fire for doing dumb things for years.

Polk County is populated by all sorts of Klan types, fugitives on the run, and other assorted riff raff and undesirables living in and around the swamps.

Judd is a stupid, low-paid, degenerate who may have finally gone too far.
