  1. Well, there are already thousands of shipping containers of the very goods that Puerto Ricans are lacking sitting in the port for lack of the ability to distribute them over impassable roads and bridges with non-existent trucks drivers fuel, and management Jones Act or no Jones Act.
    It will doubtless become a pressing issue in the near future, as the scale of the destruction will require an extended effort to remedy, but as of now? Seems more like another example of Fergus stepping on his own political dick again.
