Katy Kay asks congresswoman if she ‘politicized’ Trump’s call To Widow

Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL)

Democrat Congresswoman totally fabricated what I said to the wife of a soldier who died in action (and I have proof). Sad! – Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 18, 2017 Maybe it’s just me, but the most shocking part of this interview with Rep. Frederica Wilson is when Katy Kay started to badger her about “politicizing”…

  1. The press has been after a “story” regarding Trump’s silence on these four deaths for two weeks. Now they have a story and they’re going to play the “don’t you dare talk about this – it’s so personal and sensitive” route. Straight out of the NRA playbook for talking about gun massacres.

  2. “That was before the war, of course.”

“Which war was that,” said Winston.

“It’s all wars,” said the old man vaguely.

The US has Special Forces troops in 109 countries, including in all 54 African nations under the US Africa Corp.

The 2001 Authorization to Use Military Force, allowed Bush and Obama and continues to allow Trump and every future president to send US combat troops into any country “where terrorists are operating.”

Your terrorist might be my freedom fighter.

Congress should have rescinded the AUMF long ago.
The time has come to put a stop to our endless wars by bringing our troops home.

  3. This is Trump’s Benghazi and he knows it so he chose to be quiet.

The military doesn’t tell anybody about anything until it is forced to by the politicians.
Trump’s top team are all military men and are running the WH as if it were a battlefield bunker when it comes to military matters.
Which is why the public is being told next to nothing about Trump’s military adventurism around the globe.

The US has tens of thousands of military combat troops all over Africa.

The number of US personnel and their activities have prompted China to build their first ever base in Africa in Djibouti.
A country about the size of a postage stamp that sits at the mouth of the Red Sea where it meets the Gulf of Aden opposite Yemen (where the US is currently engaged in a war) and Saudi Arabia.

There are no known Russian troops on the continent.
Russia has historically had loads of intelligence agents on the continent who spend lots of money on insurgencies.

The big three powers are after the natural resources in Africa and ideologies have nothing whatsoever to do with the fighting which breaks out between this group or that group.

  4. I think you are right Susie – and typical for Trump he could have just sent the condolences and let the story fade but no! He’s shot himself in the foot again by being a horrible, miserable, racist a$$hole. Now people want to know what was going on.
