Another lunatic with a gun killed dozens of people attending church.

We can not stop crazy people from getting guns, bombs or trucks and then going out and killing people with them. It can’t be done and it’s fantasy to think that it can.

All of the laws in the world can’t stop these whack jobs.

Maybe, just maybe, our society is far too militaristic.
Those in charge of our system always seem ready to solve our problems by using bombs or guns to force people into submission.
Take Trump and his constant warmongering for example.
Or the Fascists among us who believe that we should all be armed at all times in order to stop the “evil doers” at school, at the grocery store, in church, at the opera, etc. These folks are as looney as the Vegas and Texas shooters were.

The military is much too large, receives far too many tax dollars, and is lead by liars and frauds.

Apparently the shooter was in an “ongoing domestic dispute” with his mother in law, who attended the church, so perhaps it’s not as random or politically exploitable as it at first seemed.
We have a definite problem here with men shooting up their families and everyone around them. The numbers on this are staggering. The number of mass shooters who are also domestic abusers is more than high, and it sure would be nice if the CDC were allowed to study it.
