If Democrats come out in large numbers in November and vote to take back the House and the Senate, Lichtman’s prediction will come true.
Unfortunately some Democrats haven’t gotten the memo about Republicans being the enemy.
Yesterday 6 Democrats sided with the Republicans to pass a 30-day CR.
They are:
1. Carbajal, California
2. Costa, California
3. Cuellar, Texas
4. Gonzalez, Texas
5. Guttheiner, New Jersey
6. Peterson, Minnesota
Another gutless Democrat voted “present.”
7. Cummings, Maryland (There is clearly something very wrong with the Democrats in Maryland and Delaware.)
Every one of the above mentioned politicians should be primaried by a Progressive Democrat immediately.
I don’t think he’ll be removed from office because Republicans. Both impeachment and the 25th amendment require 2/3rds of the senate, and that’s just not gonna happen.
They could come up with video from three different angles of Fergus eating a live baby and 2/3rds of the senate wouldn’t vote to remove him because Republicans don’t do that.
We can win the majority, but we can’t win 2/3rds majority.
So we have to stay at work gathering up the backlash to vote him out, and even that isn’t a sure thing because they cheat.
His cholesterol levels are more likely to take him out than the Republicans are.
