I love this idea. Why not hold a wedding in a funeral home? I know in West Philadelphia, lots of weddings are held in a local historical cemetery.

I think this is a good idea. If the funeral home has large rooms with neutral colors and decoration, and can connect the event sponsors with catering, why not use the building for a wedding or other dinner event. And in the spring/summer, if there are gardens or large enough grounds, outdoor weddings and dinners could be managed.
actually, christina and I are interested in west laurel hill for our wedding: it’s pretty, peaceful, there’s catering and a banquet room.
And my grandmother’s buried there!
