  1. Well isn’t this special? Walmart commited perjury in the Lilly Ledbetter case to thwart class status and stop discovery. Anyone surprised? You will recall that they testified that compensation issues were store and employee based and therefore not amenable to company wide litigation. And the five robed corporate whores on the Court rubberstamped that finding.

    This is astonishingly vile. Of course, Walmart and the family probably own most of the judges by now…as they do many legislators.

    One of the most glaring downsides of letting wealth accumulate in just a few hands.
