    That’s the old thinking.

    When Obama “greenlighted the Syrian Civil War in 2011 at the urging of Biden, Clinton, Gates at Defense, Brennan at the CIA, Samantha Powers, Susan Rice and Leon Panetta, our fate was sealed.

    Once you instigate a war you can throw all of your plans into the shitcan.
    That’s particularly true of civil wars which are insidious vehicles employed to settle old scores, long-standing grievances, and vendettas.

    The Cheney Plan calling for US dominance of the Middle East was, and is, an insane fantasy. (Apparently mental illness runs in the Cheney family.)

    Why Obama and the rest of the Democrats like Biden, Pelosi, Clinton and Mayor Pete went along with the propaganda being spewed by the imbedded warmongers at CNN, MSNBC, and Fox shows just how vacuous and corrupt politicians can be.

    Or maybe he was trying to prevent another Assad from instigating another massacre.
    He did it anyway, but just note that there was ample reason for concern over Syria’s response to an uprising from the recent history of Bashar’s father’ rule.

    Ah, Liz , upholding the old media tradition wherein her father could have been videoed on the East Lawn naked in a pile of heroin, dead babies, and endangered species of animals and the first media response would have read “But the Democrats…”
