What do you suppose FOX would think about the following?
John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito are all members in good standing of the Fascist Federalist Society and the Roman Catholic Church.
Both Judge Amy Coney Barrett and Barbara Lagoa are members of the Fascist Federalist Society and the Roman Catholic Church (Mussolini’s Church).
The Court is now dangerously out of balance and heavily tilted toward the philosophical views of the Fascist Federalist Society and extreme elements within the Roman Catholic Church (Opus Dei).
The Court is now 5-3.
How does adding one more Fascist Federalist and Roman Catholic to the Court mitigate that problem?
The Court would be 6-3 in favor of abortion and limiting civil and voting rights.
Nobody joins any organization whose beliefs aren’t closely aligned with their own beliefs.
Which is why one’s religious beliefs should also be considered in any analysis of a candidates fitness to sit on the Court.
This is about extremism, a packed Court, and settled law.
