Walk in the Park

Russ Feingold hits on an important point here:
“It’s a walk in the park right now to oppose the idea of this war. It’s also very easy to oppose the escalation,†Mr. Feingold said. “They are once again being too timid and too cautious.â€
Just something to keep in mind as more and senators and congresspeople people scramble over one other to give grand oratories opposing the war. That’s a walk in the park because there is no risk in it anymore. Words, no matter how stirring, do not a pony make. The bar is getting higher, and now is the time for people like Webb and Hagel to put their words into action.



Words and more words. Almost the end of January and not one new congress critter or senator has stepped up to the plate with papers of impeachment. That speaks louders then anything to me.
