  1. I read that article earlier today and it really shook me up.

    I cannot for the life of me fiqure out how any parent would think that type of torture would be good for any child.

    It is just sick…..

  2. I wish this authoritarian streak were limited to evangelicals with shady scriptural justification, but we as a society seem to feel this way about many classes of adults. Look at our prison system.
