    It’s difficult for the 1% to come to grips with the fact that maybe they made a big mistake in backing Obama over McCain in 2008. After all Obama seemed very controllable over the past 4 years. Even diferential to their needs. But now that he’s won a second term, rid himself of the backstabbers and free agents in his administration, and is in a position to tell every elected Democrat to kiss his ass and make their own way in the world, things might be different. Time will tell.

    Brooks is a putz. Of course, as long as he and his ilk are the only ones who get to talk on national TV, there story is the only one out there. It’s only us dirty hippies who point out how consistently wrong they’ve been on everything.
