This isn’t really the interesting case. Farmers are finding that these GMO seeds are being out bioengineered by nature and the promised efficiencies are a hype. Now let somebody market “natural” or “non GMO” seed and we will have a product or patent defamation lawsuit as soon as Monsanto sees a market share threat and the SCOTUS will stumble all over itself to invent a reason to sustain Monsanto.
