1) Surely Byzantine scheming ended long ago in politics, economics, and life in general. Surely it did? 2) On the ‘source’ of things. The old saying goes, “If I told you I’d have to kill you.”

What do you suppose is the percentage of Congress persons who know that we have been involved with coups and election meddling in Syria on numerous occasions – and that each time things got a little worse? I’ll bet that percentage is incredibly low.
Does not bode well for our upcoming “new and improved” grand adventure.
I wonder who did more to fck up the world with its spying and meddlesome foreign policies — the US, or Great Britain.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it were the Brits.
They probably joined us in the Iraq war because it’s in their DNA.
