Would now be a good time to remind everybody that he has consistently advocated a “Grand Bargain” to lower tax rates for the wealthy and to pay for it with cuts to Social Security recipients like the 106-year-old that he hosted at the White House?
Naww, that would be too obvious. Mentioning his support for Chained CPI, which Bernie strongly opposes, wouldn’t impact the black vote in South Carolina anyway.
So let’s talk about the power of underrepresented groups representing the White House.
Hillary would be the first woman ever to hold the office of president.
Bernie would be the first Jewish president.
