Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) condemned the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, that exploded on Saturday, saying that WWII veterans, including his brother, didn’t die fighting Adolph Hitler so that Nazi ideas could prevail in the United States today. “We should call evil by its name. My brother didn’t give his life fighting Hitler for Nazi ideas to…

Nor did Hatch’s brother, along with so many others, fight and die so that the warmongers could control US foreign policy.
Orrin’s good friend John McCain is promoting a plan that would double the number of US combat troops in Afghanistan to 70,000.
McCain along with Gen.’s McMaster, Mattis and Dunford want to “surge 35,000 US combat troops” into Afghanistan to “punish” Pakistan, the Taliban, Iran, Russia and anyone else who would “attack” the US installed government of Afghanistan.
McCain also wants a new treaty that would permit an “enduring presence” in Afghanistan.
A spark of sincerity, clarity, perhaps even nobility. Who knows where this aberration might lead.
There’s nothing noble about Orrin Hatch. His brother yes – Orrin no. He supports this president and his administration and will continue to do so. This is called “lip service”.
Also, let’s not forget that Orrin Hatch was a major factor in Clarence Thomas’ confirmation to the Supreme Court.
Orin and all the rest of the r’s who voiced “concern” over trumps refusal to condemn the white supremacists are all full o shit. As soon as the news cycle returns to “normal” they’ll be licking his ass as usual. Heard Michael Moore discuss all the bullshit going on within the various cabinet positions and their respective agencies while we’re being distracted over Russia and the other shiny objects, but we done hear these very same r’s complaining or even mentioning any of it. Furthermore, who are they fooling? The concrete statues should have been removed decades ago!
