Russian disinformation targeted black people and Sanders supporters
Apparently the NSA’s operation “Steller Wind” was a complete failure.
Unlike in 2016, the Democrats can make a choice about who their presidential nominee will be in 2020.
This time nobody deserves to be the parties nominee.
Not Sanders. Not Biden. Not the Russians. Not nobody.
Any of the top five candidates named in the recent Iowa straw poll—-Biden, Sanders, Beto, Warren, Harris—-can beat Trump in 2020.
So just this one time the Democratic Party faithful will get to choose which presidential candidate they most prefer to run against Trump.
The old, neo-liberal Biden?
The old, democratic-socialist Bernie?
The seemingly progressive new faces Beto, Warren, and Harris?
Or maybe Senator Brown?
Possibly somebody that’s not been mentioned yet?
Republicans are the “enemy of the people.”
It sure had no demonstrable effect on black voters. It’s not like Jill Stein over performed anywhere. The Electoral College has now skewed two Presidential elections against the popular vote since 2000. Maybe we need to keep our focus.
