The other day Leon County Judge John Cooper struck down DeSantis’ July executive order that prevented school districts from mandating masks in schools.
Cooper called the order “unconstitutional” and “without the legal authority” to enforce.
That’s great news except that no school board in Florida has jurisdiction over any charter school for any reason.
Charter schools are unregulated in most states.
So the unenlightened religious will prance around mask free, probably catch a Covid variant and spread it to all of us infidels.
