  1. This is real. I’ve done it . . . on occasion. The trouble, for me, is replicating the dream let alone the experience.

  2. I had a friend back in the 1970s who was deeply interested in learning how to dream lucidly. I seem to recall him showing me a magazine ad for some light blinking gadget to be worn in bed.

    I can remember one or two lucid dreams in my lifetime.

    My big dream experience, the one that always sticks with me for days, is the hidden room/rooms dream. I discover hidden rooms in my house (or sometimes childhood house) that I’ve never seen. They’re always full of gorgeous antiques. Always a vivid and emotionally dramatic dream experience for me
