Oh man. Man oh man oh man. I used to commute on Las Posas Rd, intersects with where this happened. I’d see workers every day, rain, mud, wind, 100F heat, they’d be there, bend, pick, slice off any soil-covered bits with razor-sharp knives moving faster than eyes could track, packing into flats ready for supermarket display, running to collection point, running pack, bend, pick….
And now this. Crime against humanity.
