Blogger Mike Petrelis made a FOIA request of the Pentagon, asking for a log of all FOIA requests made by the media in the past five years.

Let’s all remember back when Pastor General Asscroft instructed all Federal agencies to actively oppose FOIA requests. It may well be that “active opposition” included losing some of the requests. As far as I know, this policy is still in effect.
