Professional wacky lady Lynne “Love Me Some Lesbians” Cheney was just on CNN with Der Blitzer, and in the promo for the segment, Wolf asked Jack Cafferty what he thought of her criticisms of their “Broken Government” series as a “collection of Democratic talking points.” Cafferty shrugged and said, “Who cares?”
Reminds me of that scene in “The Exorcist” where exorcist Father Merrin arrives. Father Karras, the shrink who’s been trying to help Regan, immediately begins filling him in on the medical background of the case, the names of the many demons that claim to infest the child… Max Von Sydow as Merrin cuts him off, saying, “There is only one.”
There is only one.
There is only one demon infesting the body politic, and Lynne Cheney is but one of its many snake-like heads. Who cares what she thinks? She has no allegiance to truth, or decency, or any other weakness that might lessen the power of the regime to which she belongs. We know Lynne is a hydra who will do or say anything that will get her what she wants. Slice off her head with an enchanted sword, and another springs back in its place.
Ya, I saw her catching Wolfie’s softballs. Indeed, who cares? She needs to go preach to the choir at Faux News.

Halloween tales for Democrats.
The absolute arrogance is breath taking. How could anyone say that the book she had written was “not necessarily” about lesbians? I suppose that as a man I wouldn’t understand that every young woman quietly wonders about a new acquaintance’s “first flow.”What Lynne does is to do whatever she wants to do and then call it something that she has perceived will make it acceptable to the nutsos that her father wants to pander to. But why should anyone be surprised? Cheaty the Dick, manifests exactly the same capacity. She was either inculcated or it is in her genes, the latter possibility being an argument for delving into the unexplored stem cell research which has been blocked by these empty headed clones.
Whoops, I was thinking Mary….But, doesn’t it prove the point? They are *all* the same. Still, it causes me a little worry…..Alziemer’s you know. I *am* 65….God, I wish they would get on with that stem cell research.:-)

So she lied. Republicans almost all eventually lie: it seems to be in the culture at this point. Condi lies. Even Colin Powell now admits he lied. Come on, readers, stop being victims. They lie. Of course they lie. Truth isn’t important. Only what they think in their head, only what concoctions get brewed in their bunker-like mentality, seem to be “real†to them. Or as attacks, or to justify what is being done. So why — why, indeed? — would anyone expect anything else from them? It was convenient to lie about Iraq being connected to Al Qaeda. It was convenient to lie about the reasons for starting the Iraq qar. It’s convenient to lie about the economy. Bush’s head is so muddled that he probably believes it; Rove likes twisting people’s heads; so does Cheney. By this time they may believe we went to war to stop Al Qaeda in Iraq. But my point is: Who cares? It’s not true and truth IS NOT IMPORTANT TO REPUBLICANS at this point in time. The media by and large aren’t journalists, or keepers of the “truth†flame; they by and large sell advertising and entertain; they have no discipline or sensitivity or even any reason to ask hard questions. The media is the space between the ads that produce revenue. Why, oh why, do people always seem to expectreact to the lying? It’s playing the victim, and that seems to be the role many have assigned for themselves. When you get over it, and strike back to reclaim the electorate by asking the hard questions and not dumbing down statements like “so-and-so or Bush lied todayâ€, or “Bush made wildly conflicting statements today†or “Bush didn’t answer the question he was asked.†When this begins to happen, when influential people say, Stop the madness, they won’t be victims any more. So if you help Republicans in any way, by not voting or by not persuading your friends and family to vote, by not contributing to the Democrats, you’ll be helping to promote a draft, and more of the same madness that has been going on with this Republican majority, among other things too stupid to mention. So make sure the Democrats win this time around, and don’t jawbone about it or prevaricate or think about how inept or stupid they are, just vote for them. Right now the Democrats are the only force that will balance off the Republican’s march to a totalitarian state; they may become corrupt but it’ll take some time for that to happen.
