Yeah, because the New York Times has such a stellar track record of speaking truth to power, I should listen to them. Right.

You are a Working Class Warrior, also known as a blue-collar Democrat. You believe that the little guy is getting screwed by conservative greed-mongers and corporate criminals, and you’re not going to take it anymore.

You’d think this was their first primary.
A victory to make Lee Atwater and Karl Rove proud.
Brava!
Didn’t their editorial board endorse her?
As for ‘voters getting tired of it’ was this a record turnout for Democratic primary in PA today? If voters are so tired of it, why do they keep registering and voting in record numbers everywhere?
If their predicate is defective, doesn’t it logically follow that the conclusion to the stated predicate is relatively worthless?
I guess that NBC & the NYT are happier when we don’t care and have 10-20% turnouts for primaries.
Actually, I’d have to give that honor to the S. Carolina primary in which the Obama campaign quite successfully executed their strategy of smearing Bill and Hillary Clinton as racists, scoring them the win.
MrSnrub…
I agree that tactics like this are pathetic but this doesn’t begin to compare to Lee Atwater or Karl Rove stuff…yet.
However, on MSNBC tonight, Tim Russert suggested that the NC Republican party is poised to start a campaign tomorrow that would truly make Lee Atwater proud.
Susie…you seem to be really chipper tonight.
Obama/Axelrod played Bill Clinton - but they had a very complicit media, without which, it would have never worked.
But that tactic of turning Bill and Hillary into racists might have won them SC and the black vote throughout, it has hurt them badly because he is the black candidate which undercuts his strength with white voters.
I think what they did was shallow, callous and divisive but hey, SC is the breeding grounds for that - just ask John McCain.
yes, if only those rubes in the SC AA community weren’t so susceptible to manipulation and dirty tricks, thank god there are those champions of the AA community such as yourselves to stand up for these simple-minded and easily distracted people!
Susie,
Why do you think black people are so stupid that their emotions are played on so easily? Talk about elitism. Please let us know when the black working class is welcomed back into your lilly white version of the democratic party. Stop talking down to us!
Yeesh. At least this thing in PA is over for now - no more ads, no more dumbness; Hillary now needs 30-point victory margins in every state to tie Obama in pledged delegates, and that’s not happening. The campaign can go on if it wants to, and I can safely stow away my Obama pin for the November election, and throw in some earplugs every time the news comes on.
Phew.
