   If heaven was waiting for Ramses the Second
   maybe it was waiting for Tuli Kupferberg too
   and now he’s wandering with Ramses where the blessed live

   I knew he wasn’t doing well, so it doesn’t come as a complete surprise, but it still saddens me. Tuli’s “satirical cartoons” graced my self-published INSIDE JOKE for years back in the pre-Web ’80s. He was a true character.
