Investment involves risk, serfs!
I’m sure this will get to the Supreme Court, which under Roberts’ leadership views corporations as “persons” with rights. Iit seems to, generally, favor these corporate “persons” over individuals.
Since states and other local governments represent the “people,” real persons as opposed to corporate “persons,” will the Supremes find for the Big Banksters and Big Corporations? My gut reaction is one of trepidation.
