Judge: Ixnay on healthcare mandate

Blind Justice Corporate Statism Politics As Usual

Pretty interesting, because I thought all along that the mandate couldn’t be separated. We’ll see what SCOTUS says.

    All the more reason we’ll have to welcome in the Public Option. I think we all know how SCOTUS will rule, right?

    From what I read, this judge is saying the whole thing is kaput — if the higher courts agree with his ruling.

    Dandy, the Roberts’ Supreme Five will give the corporations what THEY want. Now, it will be interesting to see how powerful the Big Insurers are, because they’ve lusted after those mandated customers from years now. It’s their goose to keep them in golden eggs.
