Maybe the strangest thing I’ve read today but not at all the strangest thing I’ve heard about. The English have a great phrase for such things: death by misadventure.
Promise kept! Even stranger than the one in the NY Daily News about the naked couple who jumped from the Tappan Zee bridge last night. The woman died, the man survived, and nobody can figure out why either of them would do such a thing. And even if somebody figures out why this couple wanted to kill themselves, a nagging question will remain… “OK, suicide, I get that…but NAKED???”
Wow, what kind of search terms do you use? I never get stories like the ones you’ve found in the past couple of days.
