   I assume it’s an exercise by DHS evaluating how effectively they can interdict internet traffic. One thing that must be curbed in our Corporate Oligarchy is the free interchange of ideas. Since the US has the shittiest internet service in the so-called developed world, it’s probably not to much of a stretch.
